Why people quarrel ?

I do hear lot of people saying about quarreling. Why do people quarrel each other.
In my opinion the reason behind is that adjustment problems or ego clashes. In married couples both cases will occur. It leads to divorces . Recently hear about lot of divorces . If two people can not adjust each other the result is only divorce? Other than that is there no option? I do not know.
Adjust both sides,
Change there routine, patience, love each other, change for each other . Are these options will work or not let give it a try. No harm to try rite? May be the luck is with you some time.

Getting job done well

I have a job. Working since last 7 years. Full time job. Need patience extra skills to managing and no pay for extra hours of job. Interesting thing is that there is no pay and no promotion. If one day I did not go to my work everybody will get upset and more cranky.

My job is 24/7 job. No offshore or call centre activities. But it is fun to do stuffs like that.
I am a full time mom and a full time home maker.

Diwali..

Deewali diya ( Thamasoma  Jyothirgamaya:)

This view of history of diwali is corroborated by the epic Ramayana. The fourth day of Diwali is devoted to Govardhan Pooja which celebrates Krishna's feat of lifting the Govardhan hill on his little finger. People organize a special puja on this day. The five day festival is wrapped up by Bhai Duj, the time to honour the brother-sister relationship. We at The Holiday Spot bring you all the interesting stories related to the Festival of Lights, that has its root in the Indian mythology.

The sparkling "festival of lights", Diwali, is celebrated all over the world with great piety and enthusiasm.
According to a legend, which is also taken to be a history of diwali, the world celebrates Deepavali as the day the goddess stopped dancing after her battle with Mahishasura. The festival begins with Dhanteras, which is the celebration of the birth of goddess Lakshmi from the bottomless ocean. The second day is "Narak Chaturdhashi", which commemmorates the felling of Narakasura by Satyabhama with the help of Indra. This is again another view of history of diwali.

Bhoomi Devi (mother Earth) had a son named Naraka. Even though Naraka was the son of a divinity, he had the nature of a demon.  Naraka was powerful and he took pleasure in terrorising the inhabitants of the three worlds.
Narakasura would raid and plunder the kingdoms of the three worlds. He did not even leave the women and would kidnap them for his own personal harem. Narakasura heard that Indra, the king of the devas, had thousands of divine elephants in his army. Now Narakasura, greedy that he was, wanted to possess everything, so he attacked the heavens.
Indra was helpless as he watched Naraka's minions plunder the heavens. Naraka himself began pursuit of the devas. While pursuing the devas, a glimmering object far away caught his eye. Upon inspection, he realised that the glimmering object was mother Aditi's (the mother of the devas) earrings. He assaulted mother Aditi and grabbed her earrings.
Now Indra, feeling humiliated at his loss and even worse that his mother was assaulted, wanted revenge and he knew that there was only one person who was a match for Naraka. It was Krishna.
Indra reached Krishna's palace when Krishna was spending quality time with his wife Satyabhama. He told Krishna about the happenings and begged him for his help. Krishna was enraged that Naraka might lay his hands on mother Aditi and said that Naraka must die for his insolence.
Satyabhama looked annoyed because Krishna was about to leave her. Wanting to please both Satyabhama and Indra, Krishna decided to take Satyabhama with him into battle.
Krishna summoned his mount Garuda (a giant eagle) and made way towards Naraka's fortress. An impenetrable barrier of magic mountains surrounded Naraka's fortress. The mountains were such that a barrier would come up from any side that Krishna tried to enter the fortress. Krishna, unperturbed, hurled his mace at the barrier and shattered the entire mountain range in one blow. A downpour of magical weapons rained down on them. Krishna fired multiple arrows and destroyed all the weapons. In this manner Krishna destroyed countless other magical barriers and finally reached Naraka's fortress.
Naraka's palace was guarded by the five-headed demon Mura. Mura hurled countless weapons at Krishna, but Krishna shot each one down with his bow and arrow. Then Krishna picked up his flying discus and hurled it towards Mura dislocating Mura's five heads. Mura fell to the ground, dead.
Krishna challenged Naraka to battle and killed him easily. Bhoomi Devi then sang hymns in praise of Krishna and begged him to take Naraka's son Bhagdatta under his protection. Krishna placed Bhagdatta on the throne and then freed all of Naraka's prisoners. The devas showered Krishna with flowers from the heavens.

Some also believe that the second day is dedicated to Bali the generous king, who returns to his kingdom amidst celebrations. The most famous legend behind the celebrations of diwali is about the prince of Ayodhya, Lord Shri Ram Chandra, his defeating Ravana and his return from exile by lighting lamps on this darkest night of the year.

The festival of Deepavali is unique to India. It signifies the advent of joy and happiness. Every year, people look forward to this occasion which is celebrated for two days. The children await this festival to rejoice with fire crackers, wear new clothes and savor delicious eats. The adults take this occasion as an ideal time for gatherings, exchange of gifts and, of course, invest in gold, silver and new acquisitions for their homes. This is also the time when houses are given a fresh coat of paint.
Factories and shops remain open on Deepavali day and Lakshmi pooja is performed in the evenings. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi graces the shops and houses on this day and showers her blessings and bestows good fortune upon her worshippers.

In South India, Deepavali celebrations begin at dawn as early as around three in the morning. The family members are given an oil massage, followed by aarti and then the children burst crackers to mark the joyous day. New clothes and exchange of gifts goes without saying.

On Deepavali day, everywhere in India, at dusk when darkness unfolds itself, you can see the spectacular illumination of tiny flickering lamps adorning in rows - at homes, buildings and streets. And watch out as you look up to the sky! Hundreds of fire crackers can be seen glowing and then bursting as though it was a battle of glows and sparks in the skies.

Deepavali is incomplete without the multi-colored and noisy fire crackers. From simple colored sparklers, pencils, flower pots, ground chakras (wheels), Vishnu chakras, rockets to the long ladi / garland crackers, you have a wide range to choose from.

How hot is the Sun

In deserts here on earth, heat that has traveled 93 million miles from the sun can be hot enough to fry an egg.
the sun's surface is a super hot 10,832 F , and its center or core is even hotter.

The Sun is a star- a gigantic ball of burning gas. It has been shining for about five billion years.
